John: Wise comments IMO. In the last few weeks I have accumulated several thousand shares in each of my online accounts. This is a LONG TERM investment and I did not do this for trading purposes.

All we need is a catalyst to help stimulate some serious buying. It will not take too much volume with NETP's small float to create a nice up in the price.

Firms like Inktomi, Doubleclick, and Infospace have all run up quite a few hundred percent this year. They have large enough market caps to attract fairly significant institutional buying. IMO, NETP's key enabling technology is as strategic and valuable as what INKT, Doubleclick and INSP all offer. They are well run companies and many analysts find ways to justify their multi-billion dollar valuations. Someday (possibly sooner than many realize) Net Perceptions could "be in the same league" as the other firms I have mentioned. There will be some key events / announcements that help trigger a huge run-up. I am confident that it WILL happen. Yet, I just can't tell you when..<GG>!!

Best Regards,

Scott
