I think you're right Jim in that MRY is at "fire-sale" prices. MRY went into a slide from the $1.70 that ended up getting a bit of a life of it's own. It fed off of itself, prompting others to sell, and on and on and on. It really is silly, but it does happen often enough, and it does create unique buying opportunities. MRY should NOT be at these price levels!...but it is!!! Opportunity!!

I'm thrilled to be buying MRY at these levels, but by what I can make of the trading that took place yesterday and today, I think this downward phase is coming to an end. The very light volume today tells me that those who wanted out have got out, i.e., no more downward pressure. At this stage of the turnaround in shareprice, there's also a very short term lack of buyers as people are on the side watching to see if it really is the bottom....hence today, the very low volume. You could see some of these people starting to wade in with some decent orders around the $1.30 level. The only thing was they didn't get filled!!

As for myself, I take today's trading pattern as another confirmation that MRY should move back up nicely from this level. The bids did start filling in, and as the confidence grows, many of those people who are still on the side right now will come back in. I don't see some of those shares at the $1.40 level lasting too long at all. As a matter of fact, I put in a "stop-buy" order today to be triggered at $1.39 with a $1.40 limit. It almost got triggered!

Once someone starts knocking at that level, the confidence will really begin to return, and people will quickly take their positions at these levels and above, knowing that the price of MRY was/is far below where it should be.

If you want a prediction, I say it might take another day or two, if that, and then we'll be up above that level and back into somewhat more familiar territory. Take a look at the pattern starting to form on the chart and you'll see what I mean.

As for my prediction.... we'll see!!

Regards,

Kevin
