Mitchell Vince, somebody pleeeeaaase keep AOL price down for 5 min Mon, ( AT&T HELP ).I just need to round off my loot to a fat round number. Pleeeease, Keep the price within buyin' reason on Mon. Just a few more shares... TA we need a ruling by the FTC for all opens cable lines, not just some dorky city by city ruling. That will take forever. The judge is going to get overturned in this case in no time. AT&T has the money to pay the lawyers and the political powers at will. We need an across the board ruling. This was way to much of an over reaction mitchell

"The judge is going to get overturned in this case in no time." The FEDERAL judge is going to be overturned by Whom in your opinion? Obviously, you don't know much about how these things work. This decision is HUGE and it set precedent as well. An overturn is about as likely as president Clinton becoming a one woman kind of guy.
