So, I get it... since they use their website to convince people to switch, they are a .com now?

Well, this is by far the biggest stretch for ".com" I've seen yet.

btw - I held my HSAC, expect it to reward handsomely, better than STRM, once people realize the significance of Paul Allen's involvement...

I think that the IPO will be quiet through the remainder of the summer. Granted EELN will be a great IPO, majority of them will not be. Greenmountain.com would almost be a great short at the IPO price. Look what happened to BNBN with 25 million shares and barnesandnoble.com even has a good name and track record. With 25 million shares of a company who is pretending to market over the internet by slapping .com to their name is a joke. They are a direct marketing company that is losing 30+ million a year and can only rationalize this with a .com. The underwriters should be held liable for even taking this deal on. The rest of the deals down the pipeline? Well, there are a few good names but unless you plan on flipping the first day you might as well not even pay attention to the IPO market (IMO). Most in the pipeline second tier companies that only filed with the SEC because the IPO market WAS hot. We shall wait and see what happens to these new issues. I am looking forward to seeing how all the upcoming IPO's do, but the my guess is that we none for the next few months perform like a priceline.com but rather like dog.com. Just one mans thoughts on the market.
