That is exactly what I'm saying rocketman, if any ruling is good for AOL it is going to be a NATION WIDE RULING from the FTC, in the end, they will decide the future of the cable access.

Lets not jump for the sky because some officials in Portland said we want AT&T to lease out their cable lines.

Lets just pose this question???

who the hell says that AT&T would have to lease them to us first, maybe they will lease to somebody else first just for spite???

I still own AOL stock, but this was in my opinion a major reaction

It does help open the door though
