I have a broker who looked at the DTC sheets in late April/early May and it reported a float of 2.7mm. Remember, treasury shares used for financings will be locked up for one year. I am going to try and get a recent float count, but as the stock has risen quite a bit since then with no 144 filings, I have to believe it is still close to that. With an out of under 29mm, a stock price of $2.5, thats a market cap of 72.5mm. One contract can double that in yearly sales, just one, so I think we can see some huge stock movement with contract announcements, I just wont trade on it. This is an investment, but the nice thing is that now everything that's been going on is filed. Next stop, Small Cap?!?

I want to correct an error I made. The 6 million shares were given out on 11/9/98 for conversion of a loan.
