Does anyone have an opinion on how this situation might effect the Media one transaction?. Does this transaction make T to big of a target?. Would regulatory concerns be more hostile to completing the merger?. Might a spin off of ATHM or Roadrunner or together make sense to relieve the government gods? Would sacrificing ATHM/Roadrunner or related technologies make sense in order to get the last Mile?. Finally, which is more important close the Media one deal or keep ATHM? Thanks to all.
