Zvi: One of the main reasons companies do a reverse split is to have a price above $5 which is a magic number for many funds. Should PARS be fortunate enough to have a partner for HU211 and do so under terms that move the stock price to significantly above $5, a reverse split might not be especially necessary.
Another example where a reverse split worked out well is with Coopers Co.. They had a 1/3 and moved the price to $6 from which it climbed into the $40's before descending to the $20's at this point.
