On a relative valuation basis it certainly is "undervalued". Just compare it to CSCO or MSFT. The "problem" is entirely one of perception. When lots of people are running around saying that Dell is dead money it will surely act that way. But remember last January when the excitement was building and nothing in particular happened to spark the excitement? That's the kind of excess that makes the price seem so low right now. Michael Dell is doing a fine job of running a fine company. End of story. TTFN, CTC
