Wayne, I hope Charismatic does it and on a straight odds bet, that is who I'd choose. But the odds stink and I am thinking of putting $2 on every horse at 15 to 1 or better. I can get some awfully nice performers, at one time or another, for some awfully low prices.

I don't think Menifee has game. He needs another horse's fanny to guide him across the line.

I don't think Silverbulletday can go this far. This is the big if. She looked like she was fading at The Black Eyed Susan, but, then, it was not like she was pressed, either.

Look for a whip shot down the middle at the close. That has been the form at recent Belmonts. Of course, that doesn't help much since any horse could be in the middle during the stretch.

I am hoping to get some nice prices on Stephen and Adonis and a few others. For some reason, I suspect Patience will not be there on the odds board.

So, this time I am betting the long odds only. I hope there aren't 9 of them. <g>
