He said that it was reported to him that the NASD examiner finished his report and that the determination would be forwarded to the market makers and they should receive the answer sometime in the beginning of next week, possibly Monday or Tuesday. From there I assume they must make their applications to the OTC BB in order to begin trading the stock again on the bulletin board. I don't know how long it will take the BB to process the applications. Joe has been in daily contact with two of the market makers, SHIP and WEIN. Both of these market makers have expressed their desires to résumé trading as soon as possible. I received an E-mail message Joe Medsker, who also spoke with Joe Murphy today which said, "As of this morning the company will have their attorneys contact the NASD and the SEC to make sure everything is in order."
