I'm just glad I was able to maneuver around the full sized van without impact. I drove an S shape, with full brake on a wet road surface, and made the best of a bad situation.

I hope the person driving the van ends up as a social worker in the hereafter.

After reading "between the lines" of the president's letter, and as a share holder in another potential drilling operation, have you ever thought about the liability we have as owners of a private company? It they incur expenses and are unable to pay, the debtors could possibly come after the shareholders. I had that happen about 12 years ago with a building, in downtown Ft. Worth, that was sold to an investment group. The investment group went belly up, and the insurance company who originally owned the mortgage came after the former shareholders, after they took a bath in a "public auction" of the building. It was the Sinclair Office Building at the corner of Fifth and Main.

Just a thought worth considering over the weekend. Please think about it, and let me know what you think after some DD.

Jane,

Sorry, can't let this one go by. The last time I was cut off was in Salt Lake City, UT just before the operation. Person pulled out not 10 feet in front of me into my lane and then hit there brakes for a stop light, I had only one choice, cut left or hit them in the A@# end. I swerved left and stopped right next to them. They flipped me off so I just blew them a kiss and wished them a great day. They went so nuts screaming and such that they ran off the road. They did not have a great day but I did!!!!!
