Arthur, I am an investor, not a trader. That means that I am looking at the long term. One year from now is short-term thinking. My time frame is minimally 3 - 5 years which is certainly enough time for execution to change perceptions.

Right now investors are seem to be investing with the perception that pricing pressures will become more severe, and that purchasing cutbacks are in the offing. These are the themes that the sell-side analysts have continued to play, with only minor variations. At some point reality will have either confirmed or tempered these perceptions. But deciding in advance that the investment is "dead money" really is a perception of a perception. You are guessing that investors are guessing that nothing much will happen in the next year or so.

TTFN,
