Regarding the D-Link vs Netgear switches: I can't argue with the $94 for the D-Link and can understand you wanting to wait until someone can provide a verdict as to its quality. FWIW, I talked to Netgear tech support the other night and the tech said the low-end switches are all the same.

I notice the D-Link has a fan while the Netgear doesn't. I like the looks of the Netgear better from the pictures...
