Mike, I'd like your input into this discussion about new lending vs. growth in outstanding debt. Message 9959454 John brings up an interesting point about the impact of refinancings on debt growth but I don't have a feel for the magnitude of the impact ( I lost a few IQ points HO HO HO) Went to da beach HO HO HO is this sand taken? -g- Mike

Samsung will build new fab for the 256MB DRAM. I think there will be another round of blood letting in the DRAM. I think NEC will respond with a 300mm fab in Japan and in Sacramento. Just watch.
Watch equipment companies if there are any signs of strength then there will be a bloody battle in which one winner will emerge MU, NEC or Samsung, I am betting it will be Samsung.
