When I was referring to 3 market makers moving their position upwards, I was referring to their quoted bid and ask. . . that did start moving it up, with the bid at .25 for much of Thursday. However, Hill Thompson, who had been bidding .25, dropped their bid back on Friday morning. . . perhaps had a day order on Thursday they were trying to fill.

OKTI may require some patience, but I think that holders will be greatly rewarded. JMO.
