Gerald, Goldbug. Thanks for the info.

You've probably noticed that ATHM was down $10 today. At first I thought it might be due to the introduction of this company as new competition, but checking the thread I discovered it was as a result of this court ruling in Portland.

I don't understand this business well enough to even appreciate fully the relevancy of this to ATHM, but since everyone is making comparisons, could this also have an adverse effect on HSAC?

I think I am starting to "get it" (re court decision).

The following is a link to the article which first brought my attention to this stock.

You will notice in the article it states "The name of the game is nailing down exclusive agreements with cable operators. That indicates how large your potential customer base can grow. ".

This court ruling could threaten the ability of companies like ATHM, HSAC to set up exclusive agreements is how I read it.

Maybe use some caution with this one people. (Man talk about bad timing if I am right!)
