It's called....time to reel 'em in. Unfortunately. Unfortunately ?? No, no, Savant, you are getting the wrong message, this is good stuff, the initial steps... may be "wobely" at the start... but in time it will run, not only walk... There are millions of people in LatAm, (with millions of $$), that have no possibility to shield themselves from the bastard [local] politician's games of currency... This is at the very least an alternative, an option, a choice... The real tool for smart people to get out from under the Yoke of the thieves.... Better, it is a free market tool, we do away with the corrupt, the collectivist and the do gooders... all in one simple stroke... There will be bumps along the road, but it will come, in time. This are not good news... this are great news... Hens... get back in your hole !
