Richard, I was simply reacting to your statement which appeared to be racist. Maybe you're just pissed off at Mr. charred. Although I don't share his penchant for foul language, I believe he is sincere in his beliefs. As for finding my way back to the thread, I never left. This story was so interesting, it's a hard habit to break. My guess is that all of characters who made this so much fun last year are still here lurking. I learned a lot last time around, especially that a mining thread is a lot like a cult. Anyone who drops in with an unpopular view is ridiculed endlessly and eventually stoned to death. Never mind if their view turns out to be the correct view - that's irrelevant to the mob who dominate the conversation. Hope you learned something too. Cheers.
