rob,

>>"However, I do disagree with this statement of yours: "a high profile secondary that will catapult us to new highs". This "logic" only applies to internet stocks, which are not based upon fundamentals or common sense, but the "pump and dump" of market makers, such as NETG's secondary offering as an example."

maybe you should check out emulex (emlx).

Rob,

Generally, you would be right. However, the argument here is that FC/SAN and Ancor in particular is still little known to big players and Wall Street. The sector got some publicity lately from trade rags and big name storage and Server makers such as Clarion and SUN. A secondary with some well known investment bankers, you can bet their analysts will dough out 'strong buy' ratings. The road shows will educate many intitution players. Take a look at EMLX( a FC hub/adapter makers, not a competitor of Ancor's) latest secondary, company stock price surge during and after the event.
