Doesn't look like they are going to sit on the cash. They mentioned they are planning on expanding by hiring more brokers... an increase from 700 to 1000. They are also thinking of "forming a strategic partnership with an existing service, or possibly setting up a stand-alone trading unit similar to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co.'s (MWD) Discover Brokerage."
I would go for the idea of setting up a stand alone unit, so it doesn't alienate its current workers.
