These are of course excellent points. There is a definite difference between needs and wants. Motive comes into play here. I didn't offer a how to guide to my definition of perfection and don't expect you to. I even hesitated to offer a definition since that was my challenge to you all. Oh well, I did now I reckon It'll be the only one that gets posted so I'll have to work on it.

Anyway you are referencing only the macro view of perfection that I posed.

I didn't put limits on needs, as we are often not fully aware of our needs. For example: The parent of a 18 month old infant may be aware of that infants need to have its senses stimulated and to experience lots of motor activity to further its development. We are also not always fully aware of how meeting our needs in one way meets the needs of others in some other way. The big bad wolf certainly serves the needs of the mouse community by keeping it from over population which brings disease and suffering.
