Jeff - through a combined effort we'll get this all solved. I think the world is starting to realize that we really do have a powerful medium here and it should be handled in a democratic (self regulating) manner. Any nominations for President? BTW: Thanks for your last post, that was very interesting.

You don't understand. Lawsuits are not a tea party. Lawyers are not there to figure out what might be "just". Lawyers are there to win. Win at all costs. Don't try to save the world. Try to save your ass or you won't have one left. This is war. They left their left flank open assuming liability. Now bomb the hell out of 'em! Fax the complaint to every class action law firm in the country. One bite and you win. Game over. Do it tomorrow.
