How do you know if the 144s are sold or not as none of them are insiders which means they do NOT have to file a form 4 as the result of a sale? Is there some way to determine if they have sold other than a form 4 filing?

Aren't we missing shares for Glenn Zagoren(chairman mar99) and David Walker(dec98)? They are not part of the 16.5 mil and I would be willing to bet that Glenn also received a few shares for becoming Chairman of the Board. They just might make up the difference that everybody is looking for. These shares would also be restricted for at least a year from the point of issuance. I bet that most of the shares in the float are now in the hands of investors. The mm's will try to shake and bake but ultimately the strong hands will win out once this baby hits the streets.
