Yeah like selling tobacco and food products has a lot to do with IBM,ask John Koligman he will tell you about Gerstner I am sure.

arthur, I remember watching a case study of Frito Lay aired on the local PBS station as part of a business education course.

The main point of the program was quality control. Frito Lay went to extreme measures to maintain a high product, determine causes for errors and taking corrective action to eliminate those errors.

Seems to me potato chips has a lot to do with building computers.
