All JScurci attackers,

Why do you guys attack JScurci on all his points then just take for gospel that he is short 10,000 shares. I tend to think he just pulled a figure out of the air.

If you are that gullible then I am long 150,000 shares.

ATHM is a great stock that will come back soon (I hope). When you feel like selling you should buy and visa versa. Todays stock price action on a Temp favorable ruling for aol shows how much AOL and other snotty, slimy, snail slow, dial up isp's fear ATHM. In fact it may be good for us to get ATHM's stock price down now so that the positive momo can carry foreward through the stock split on June 16th.

I also agree with the following post.

I don't think the Oregon Ruling will do much harm to the business of @Home. It only takes @Home 3 years to ramp up the subscriber base. Most of the local governments have approved the license transfer and it's unlikely they will demand open access until the next renewal time. And AT&T will appeal and this situation will drag on for months and years. Aside from that, T will charge dialup ISP heavily for the ride. There are also technical difficulty for AOL to get on the cable line. It could be 3-4 years later when cable will be fully open. There is nothing to worry about. Most likely, the Oregan Ruling will be overturned.

Funny you should mention $65 on ATHM.
I don't know if it will ever get there, but that is in the range that I would pick some up.
