As we speak actual Medinah Gold certificates are arriving b postal delivery, then in the next week or so the task of getting the physical delivery of certificates to those in street name.....as far as post go no one has ever posted whether they had regged or not, we have done some informal email type surveys, etc. The proof will be in the TA's accounting...mine and other watercooler survey's did point to a short position of from 10 - 40 million shares, but who knows maybe they all covered.....lol!

Not to be rude, but what is it that made you change your tone and become so polite? You first addressed Handshake as "Handbone"

and : Kenneth R. Moss as "Mossy"

not a very good way to introduce yourself to this thread, so what gives?

rhansen, When I called my brokerage Monday requesting delivery of my dividend shares, they told me that the this would need to settle first and indicated that it would be within a month. I was also told my MDHM that the TA is working on their audit now. I would hope that within a month we will see whether or not there is a short position and possibly who it is that is short. I believe I have said that this has always been a side issue for me, and frankly, I'd rather have my share dividend than a battle with some naked short, but If you speak with MDHM IR or call Larry Regis, I believe that these people can make a compelling case. The best part of this whole issue now is that it is being resolved. Keep watching the thread. I'm sure that many of us will be in touch with IR and posting whatever develops. --Coz
