Hi Walt Morton,

I am curious. SPTA was sold at a bargain to SUPG recently. As yet to close. Regular shareholders got the double whammy as the deal favored Preferred Shareholders. Have you familiarized yourself with any preferred shareholders at CIST. Are their any. What are their terms in the event of a deal. At one time SPTA's preferreds were protected at $10 or so per share I believe in the event of a buyout. Just curious as to what is going on in this aspect in the event CIST is munched. At .30 someone somewhere may be overlooking something.

Here is an example of Cash Value which goes to preferred shareholders. Careful people.
