As I have said before, I would be very disappointed if CIST is sold for less than $1. I am a bit afraid that CIST will practically give the company away. Based on this information: Message 9894731 Message 9894749 Message 9894788 CIST seems to be significantly undervalued compared to the industry and the sector. I think it would give CIST some leverage in negotiations if the stock price were higher. And if the stock price started to go up during negotiations it might speed up the transaction. I have never been involved with negotiating the acquisition/merger of companies, so correct me if I am wrong.
