Bruce,I have been following mpv for about 3ys.only a few months ago i bought the stock based on my caculation that stock is clearly undervalued.At the time of my purchase and only when i feel the odds are in my favour that a probable future event will take place will i buy.I must say that the "probable future event" ie) the buy out of MPV was pointed out to me buy an mining expert in Toronto.If this does happen in the future, I can claim no credit.But i see two revelent facts 1) Debeers will not walk away from a $5 billoin plus deposit with upside. 2) DBs is the operator of the project. 3) Dbs can not benifit in any way having MPV as a partner during production.4) based on the history of DBs they do not like the idea of anybody in the diamond business including partners, and finaly we are only in the game MPV because we own the ground.
