Well written. I have to think that some people will see $.30 and your projection of $.60 - $1.25 and ask why did he say don't buy? :-)

If CIST had better management would you still think it was worth so little? I have to think that the acquiring company has to ask themselves that same question. If the answer is no, then why pay more than $.40? If the answer is yes, then the value of CIST assets (including intellectual properties) should be worth more and maybe substantially more if the new management team is substantially better.
