Great Letter from Management. My humble take of the letter: 1 - They are working hard to be effective by mid July (most probably) 2 - More sales 3 - New talents on board which they are/have probably interviewed 4 - Acquisition - seems they have their eyes on some company(s) which sounds very probable to happen soon. I can't wait to know what they are getting into but must be innovative and should add great value to their infrastructure. 5 - Profitability by year end looks very probable, meeting/exceeding revenue projections more than probable. 6 - asset value of $4,000,000 should not be a problem once becoming effective and be able to sell the shares mentioned. This should take them to Small Cap status I hope by Q1 2000 if not 99 year end. Most important observation, is they are putting these comments and statement during the QP which means 1- They have the approval from SEC 2 - These are most probably facts and events in offing. My 2C for the day. Finaly thank you MS and MM, I know this letter is targeted to your loyal investors for more than 2 year, like myself, which is greatly appreciated. Best to all TMK
