Yes, they are the same.

I have no problems with Etrade. It used to be that the system would get bogged down and I couldn't get my orders in, but they've given me the address to servers they have for active traders and I haven't had a problem ever since.

Judy,

I wanted to elaborate a little, when I said that they were the same. What I mean is that they measure the same thing (in the context that I'm using it) but the numbers are actually different. Leverage states it as a percentage and Delta as a ratio. It measures how much the call option moves for every 1 point move in the underlying stock.
