Dream on fellas. ATHM has T AND MSFT (MSFT gave T $5 BIL in cash to use it in its' ATHOME set top boxes) behind it. ATHM will have 1.2 mil subs by year end. It already has 28 mil potential customers thru its' purchase of Excite. And most importantly, any BS from this court ruling DIRECTLY hits HSAC in EXACTLY the same manner.

IF the court case means notta to either, ATHM crushes HSAC because T owns 1/2 the cable market and has a deal with both Comcast and Time Warner. Are the crumbs of being with #7 going to be good enough for HSAC? Maybe. But don't expect the market caps to converge anywhere near each other.
