This is a general comment, not directed as a response to the previous message in particular. I am getting frustrated with this thread. When I go into my bookmarks to read about my stocks, I usually see three messages for this one, twenty messages for that one, eight messages for another one...then eight hundred seventy two or so messages for Dell. If I attempt to read the messages, I find eight out of ten messages are just shooting the breeze. I have to read alot to find the messages with actual useful content. I don't have time. Believe it or not, it makes me want to sell the stock and buy something more obscure so I'll have time to keep up with the reading. Any one else having this problem?

Lee,

I think a lot of people do not understand that great managers design and implement effective and efficient processes so that they can run pretty much on their own. So a lot of higher level management is process related and operations is supposed to oversee all the established processes of a company.

This is quite a different set of skills than designing or assembling a PC. Although there are processes associated with those aspects of the business as well.

Regards,

Jim Kelley
