Glad to hear you're doing so well Glenn.

I am suprised consumer spending is still so strong. The pundits keep saying it's becasue the stock market is doing so well and everyone has so much more paper worth. But most consumers don't have big stock or mut fund portfolios.

I think it's largely just more tapping into credit. But i keep telling my wife- people seem to assume that the next 5 / 10 years will be as good as the last. What if there's a recession, with all the personal debt so many folks have?
