Couple of interesting posts on Yahoo in regards to CS, in particular post 21535, posted by what seems to be a credible insider in regards to the termination of the old CEO and I well as an offer being made by Erricison, of course taken with the usual grain of salt

At one time he was pretty hot stuff, but since last year he has been down quite a bit. I have subscribed to several of the various news letters over the years and have NEVER found one that consistantly was correct. They all seem to have their ups and downs just like we do. The last one was one of the top letters, and after subscribing, I set up a watch list on his stocks. after about 6 months, the watch list was up less than 2%, and that was after dropping 50% of the stocks and adding others, all on his reccomendations. This was all during a period when the S&P was up, could have done better with a index fund.
