Yes, I have read about Kondratiev, and I do believe that he is correct. Human nature doesn't change with time, only the lessons we have learned. It's been a long time since the 20's, and most of us weren't around. Even our parents weren't around to pass to us memories, so our knowledge of it are based solely on what we have read. I do note that the old timers who lived through the 20's are the most skeptical of the internut valuations, while the younger investors see nothing unusual about them, but are extraordinarily greedy about the prospects of easy wealth.
