I've hit INCA using Selectnet during market hours. Never tried the other ECN's because I doubted they would go.

I don't know about Selectnet Override. I'd check out the realtick
help pages or www.taltrade.com perhaps.

As far as preferencing ECNs, I do that and it seems to work fine.
