Anyone have any idea when health care companies will start a rebound? Even without one this year, some company's are rock bottom now, and might be worth a gamblers role of the dice,,,,,check out IHS and NOV for starters. I came across these two this week, and really don't see any more downside at these prices, Comments? Other health care stocks? Regards all, -Mark
