Good afternoon Captain - I agree it will not be done quickly, and may require acceleration of efforts in a different direction for CPQ, but remember, everyone was after IBM's share back in the early 90's, and that was a bigger and fatter ship to turn around. I recall all the arguments about the PC replacing the mainframe 'any day now' <ggg>. I also agree a drop into the teens is possible, but in my opinion will only occur on further bad news for the quarter and/or market conditions. That said, the stock was at these levels in the spring of 1998, so it could come back later this year with a new management team in place and some news on what will be done going forward.

Regards,
John
