Jeff: By the look of it, we know one thing about UpTick - he doesn't own any shares of x-stream because if he did, he wouldn't be getting on with such foolishness. What we don't know is, did he ever work for x-stream? A lot of guys like UpTick have worked one time or another with the company that they down grade, you can guess why.?? One thing for sure, he doesn't work for that company that gave x-stream a US$20.00/share value target price in less than 5 or 6 weeks from now.!!
