Spin of IL-1 AND sell Cist's cash to the highest bidder for 65-70 cent a share. This was presented to Bruce Galton by Bluestone Capital a year and a half ago. He turned the idea down. Shareholders would have been winners. Instead more dilution, lavish salaries, and 1 year paid vacations were dished out.
