Jim Carr is working as a consultant helping the company look for mortgage broker acquisitions. The company will be fully reporting by no later than the end of August. Apparently there are four events to be announced before the annual meeting that will likely coincide with financials being ready. The first was Boomers.com. There are three more to come, likely in the realm of JV's or exclusive licensing agreements. Some big names are apparently involved. I don't know any specifics but feel good about the direction the company is taking.

Unsubstantiated rumours of management disharmony; company disarray; see RB thread for all the rumours and negativity - fundamentals have not changed - people are selling at the MM offers while MMs buy up the cheap shares. Good time to stay away from terminal if you are an emotional trader (ie panic); otherwise, this is long term hold; but do keep a watch to make sure past press release "promises" are enacted upon; if management can't keep its word - reassessment required. Will monitor situation - I shall post as necessary. :) Jacalyn
