as for the 'damages' case from wellrich, the continued naked shorting of aznt & the cybersmear campaign of aznt, it will all be addressed So, you are contending you have "evidence" that WellRich "smeared" AZNT and was responsible for naked shorting to drive the price down? - Jeff

That kind of thing really doesn't look good in a court of law. But then the concept of "truth" has no meaning for you, does it?

Well, it's good to know that old has-been stock crooks never die, they merely fade away into RavingBullshit Oblivion, telling the same lies there, that they used to tell here (I'd use more appropriate 'citation marks' but as always, he's staunchly defiant against actual punctuation, so I can't tell where paragraphs begin and end. Can't even tell where all the lies begin and end, for that matter): ragingbull.com “I suggest a call to Mike Sylver or Bob Quiel. The judge will rule shortly in the federal case. THis ruling will will have a big impact on all OTC:BB investors. The call may reveal to you alot that is going on. This is the HITT thread but suffice to say, there are two large short positions that are being agressively fought over, the short against the Andy Mann's 4.48 million shares frozen @ DTC. Mann defaulted, never answered & never filed to vacate the default. Summations were filed. The only thing left is for the judge to remedy that situation for AZNT with an award and a lift of the DTC imposed freeze on AZNT's account. That will leave a 1.3 million short against the frozen stock. AZNT is a non-marginable stock. It can not be hidden in a 'error' account, so DTC , who claimed in court that lifting the freeze would cause a short squeeze and they will not voluntarily lift the freeze because "innocent people will be hurt" ( who? I don't know...the only one hurt will be those who shorted against the stolen stock). So , in my opinion, Janice & her FBN group promote & defend Mann on behalf of that short. Secondly, there is a naked short coming out of Canada. There have been many tactics employed on behalf of that short position as well. I believe Janice's promotion & defense of other parties relates to that short. During this time, AZNT has had to deal with certain parties interfering with their ability to do business. Yet, AZNT is doing business while dealing with the cybersmear campaign against them, principals and shareholders. I respect your feelings about Mike Sylver, but I don't share them. The judge will rule in the federal case, Janice & Jeffrey & their FBN group will be dealt with in court & AZNT will , once again be able to conduct business w/o certain interests interfering. These are upstart companies with great aspirations. What these individuals & groups do to these companies is sinful. Companies like AZNT, HITT ZSUN, BW...are doing all of us OTC investors a great service. I'm sorry you feel that way about AZNT, but I suggest communication to resolve any issues you have.
