I can't say whether or not @Home service is good or bad---they kept stringing me along since last October that service would be available "in the next month". I finally gave up last month and got DSL service through GTE. I LOVE IT! I would suggest to those of you wanting broadband service to look into DSL. I finally capitulated also because it's one less utility to deal with. I went to DirecTV last year and have never regretted getting rid of TCI. They are so inept! They called last month to say I still had 3 of their cable boxes (which had been personnally delivered to them last July)! They are a joke.
