value line has reduced its ranking of microsoft from 1 (highest, or most like to outperform over next six to twelve months) to a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5.

If the DOJ had jurisdiction over OPEC, they probably WOULD take action. JMHO.

Well, it is all about money !!! It is all about which companies had contributed how much money to which party, and who get under table money from which companies !!! If you do not contribute, then you get big trouble. This is this DOJ case all about !!! As to consumer's hurt or not hurt, justice, ...etc, all are just minor thing too the DOJ. If the DOJ really care about consumers, it should go to the OIL companies. For no reason, the price at the pump went up more than 50% in the past three months. Did consumers get hurt ? Yes !!! Did the DOJ do anything ? "NO". This is what we call justice from this government. Am I going to elect candidate from this party again
for president ? "NO" !!!
