Well with TRW selling into such mass amounts of buyig we won't even notice them selling those shares. But when the stock was at 39 we would have noticed more if they were to sell all those shares at once or in chunks.

If you look at Barron's this weekend you'll see the amount of 144 stock that TRW disposed of. I don't have my copy right now but if I recall correctly the sold at prices ranging from $38-53. They just wanted that cash for another deal that they are doing. Their cost basis was so low it didn't matter what price they sold at.

The next wave of TRW liquidation (+/- 2MM shares registered) will undoubtedly hit this stock and create a great buying opportunity.
