"Has management and the BOD done a good job to-date of identifying and acting on opportunities, including R&D? I think, yes. I presume they'll continue to do so unless evidence to the contrary. " I agree and continue to hold my shares for the long term. It does, however, make it difficult to see where or what the company will be in five years and thus IMHO extremely difficult to predict the income stream that far out. Ultimately, any long term investment is dependent on trust in management's ability.
