Bashing them is going to make them worse not better. When the rest of the world thinks they can take pot shots at you with impunity it can make you a bit paranoid. Based on your response to lawyer jokes I would think you would understand that. Lots of things aren't funny, or are funny but are somewhat cruel- actually there is quite a bit of cruelty in most humor- maybe it shows our true human nature, to form groups, to identify by group, and to mock by group.

No one can exercise power unless they are allowed to do so by those over whom the power is exercised. Cattle have more power than the Cowboys herding them. They allow the Cowboys to direct them. (Over-simplified, I know, but you get the point). My point is that the problem with your statement is two-fold: share* and power. Your use of "share" implies that WAM's actually do posses superior power. Your use of "power" incorrectly identifies the operative characteristic. If what you said is accurate then the WAM's have allowed the feminist movement to take place and achieve what it has achieved. OUCH! IMHO WAM's are WAM's because non-WAM's have agreed that they are WAM's and have allowed them to conduct themselves as WAM's. The above is the result of my brain working the matter over, your results may vary. PCM
